Our consultant hereby confirms that he/she has entered into this Business as an
Independent Consultant. Nothing in

this Agreement shall establish an employment relationship, or any other labor relationship
between Onemart India Enterprises Pvt Ltd and the Independent Consultant and nothing
shall establish the Consultant position as procurer, broker, commercial agent, contracting
representative or other representative of ONEMART. When purchasing and selling ONEMART
products, the Independent Consultant shall act as an independent vendor, acting
in his/her own name, at his/her own responsibility and for his/her own account.

If you do not agree with any of the below Terms and Conditions, do not use this
Site. We reserve the right, in our

Refund policy is applicable to those products which cannot be demonstrated before
sale, any/all products which can |

be demonstrated in front of the customer prior to purchase does not come under satisfaction
guarantee for money refund. If any customer is dissatisfied he can return the product
on their own cost to the franchise or ONEMART personally within 7 days of purchase
date or the product will not be accepted for refund. Handling charges of 20% of
invoice price will be deducted and balance amount cheque will be send to the resident
address, cash will not be given back. On request the return amount can be transferred
to the consultant epocket from which consultant can purchase other product.

The company will deduct tax (TDS) at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed
under the income
|
|
|
|
|
Tax Act,1961. All other Statutory Deductions as per the rules in force shall be
deducted. Administration charge of 10% of the bonus payable will be deducted every
payment. The bonus amount transferred in e pocket if only after TDS and Admin charge
as per rules of Govt and decided by ONEMART.

ONEMART is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you
to provide certain information |

|
by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured
that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

The Relations between ONEMART and the Independent Consultant and all his/her activities
hereunder shall be |

governed, in addition to this terms, by the rules contained in the ONEMART Starter
Guide which includes (all material names ) Official Documents. The Independent
Consultant confirms that he/she has received a copy of Official Documents and has
read the terms and conditions thereof and agrees to be bound by them in addition
to this Agreement.

10. |
The Independent Consultant acknowledges that ONEMART will deal exclusively with
the Authorized Independent
|
|
|
|
|
Consultant in respect of all business matters, and also pay commission and / or
any other incentives to and in the name of the Independent Consultant.

11. |
ONEMART will make all payments on account of returns or refunds through Bank transfers
/account payee cheque
|
|
|
|
|
drawn in favor of Independent Consultant Entity only or transferred in e pocket. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
12. |
The Independent Consultant will be allow to sponsor another Independent Consultant
into the ONEMART Business |
|
|
|
|
only after activating the Consultant ship by minimum purchase as per marketing plan
and updation done from time to time.
